The Wisp is a Light Carrier used for escorting convoys and providing CSP during raids. It is based on the venerable Dauntless Class light cruiser and boasts the same speed and maneuverability. Its one disadvantage is that as soon as its torpedos or aircraft run out it becomes nothing more than a liability and must withdraw from combat. When used in squadrons these craft are capable of laying down a ferocious barrage or torpedos and fighter craft.
