The base model for this conversion will be the DE Lord Morehk Archon. I will then swap his head for commision yarricks (to get the bale eye). Next for his gun i am going to use a m-rifle (24" str 8 ap 1 Addsault 1(melta gun)). Which will be made out of a SM flamer, IG Metla gun, Storm trooper hot shot pack and a few other bits.
Special rule can be fired with one hand but BS must be halved for shot. If two hands are use no other gun can be fired if it has to be held by the other hand. The big claw will count as battle claw (same as yarrick's) Codex

Special Rule: 4+ Invulnerable save, All IG units with a model within 6" auto pass moral test including his squad. M-rifle can be fired one-handed but BS is halved (BS 3) if both hands are used then BS is normal (BS 5) but no other weapons can be used besides Bale Eye.
