Claw Maritimus

These are those Warriors who have become totally dedicated to the Warrior path and to close combat and they fight with a ferocity even beyond any of the other Claws. They are those who at a young age show a rage in combat, and their rage is channeled through training and discipline toward the enemy.

Squad: The squad consists of between 5 and 10 Maritimus.

Weapons: Fusion beam pistol, close combat weapon, and frag grenades.

Options: Up to two members of the squad may be armed with a plasma gun at +10 points, a meltagun at +10 points, a flamer at +6 points, or a fusion beam rifle at +6 points.

Any model may be given frag grenades at +1 point, krak grenades at +2 points, blind grenades at +2 points, and/or melta bombs at +5 points.

Character:  The leader of the squad may be upgraded to an Einherr for an additional cost of +8 points.

 

Claw Ornatus Heavies

These are bionically enhanced troops who make up support units and special line units. They have bionic implants and cybernetic enhancements to fit the role that they are assigned.

Squad: The squad consists of between 3 and 5 Claw Ornatus Heavies.

Weapons: Fusion beam rifle and power fist.  The squad leader is armed with an ion sword instead of a power fist.

Options: Any member of the squad may switch their power fist for one of the following: ion claw at +2 points, chainfist at +5 points, or thunder hammer and storm shield (also replaces fusion beam rifle) at +5 points.

One member of the squad may replace his fusion beam rifle with a Vulcan Particle Beam Cannon at +20 points, a heavy flamer at +5 points, or an autocannon at +15 points.

Character:  The leader of the squad may be upgraded to an Einherr for an additional cost of +10 points.
