The Shadow Seer uses psychic powers rules on page 74 for Blessing of the Laughing God and Mind War. Embolden and Enhance are permanent in effect. there is no need to take a psychic power test
Blessing of the Laughing God: Use at start of Eldar turn. All Harlequin units with a model within 6" of Shadow Seer may re-roll any failed armor saves OR may re-rolll missed shooting hit rolls until the start of the next Harlequin turn. A guess range weapon may re-roll the scatter dice if a hit is not scored on first roll.
Embolden: The Shadow Seer and any squad that he is attached to may re-roll any failed morale checks or pinning tests.
Enhance: The Shadow Seer and any squad that he is attached to may add +1 to their WS and INIT.
Mind War: Used in shooting phase instead of firing a weapon. Shadow Seer chooses a model within 18" and line of sight as target. Both players roll d6 and add their Ld of their respective models. For each point the Shadow Seer wins by the target loses a wound. There is no effect if the rolls are tied or if the Shadow Seer scores less. Invulnerable saves only.
The Acolyte powers are permanent in effect, there is no need to take a psychic test.
Conceal: The Acolytess squad gets a 5+ cover save. If in normal cover, you may only use one save.
Embolden: The Acolyte and any squad that he is attached to may re-roll any failed morale checks or pinning tests.
Enhance: The Acolyte and any squad that he is attached to may add +1 to their WS and INIT.
Lance of Fear: Used in shooting phase instead of firing a weapon. As normal shooting attack. Range: flame template, ST4, AP4, Assault/1. If the Lance of Fear causes any wounds then the affected unit must test for pinning as for ordinance barrages and sniper rifles.
