 Assault Marine Squad

Squad: The Assault Marine Squad consists of between four and nine Assault Marines and a Decurion.

Weapons: Bolt pistol, close combat weapon, and frag grenades.    The whole Squad is equipped with jump Squads.

Options: The entire Squad can have krak grenades at an additional cost of +2 pts per model and/or meltabombs at an additional cost of +4 pts per model.  Up to two models per squad can be equipped with plasma pistols at +5 pts each.

Character: The Decurion may be upgraded to a Veteran Decurion for a cost of +15 pts.  The Veteran Decurion may be given additional equipment from the Iron Claws Armoury.

SPECIAL RULES

Remove Jump Squads: Assault Marine Squads can fight without jump Squads if desired.  If they do so then the cost of each model is reduced to 15 pts.

Deep Strike: Space Marine models with jump Squads may Deep Strike.   See the Jump Squad rules in the Wargear section.

Transport Vehicle: If the Assault Marine Squad is not equipped with jump Squads, then the entire Squad may be mounted in a Rhino at an additional cost of +50 pts, or a Razorback (if the Squad numbers six models or less) at an additional cost of +70 pts.

 

Bike Squadron

Squad: The Bike Squadron consists of between two and four Bikers and a Decurion.

Weapons: Each bike is fitted with twin-linked bolters.  Each Biker is armed with a bolt pistol.

Options: Up to two Bikers in the Squad may be armed with one of the following weapons:  flamer at +3 pts; meltagun at +10 pts; plasma gun at +6 pts.

Any model in the squadron may be armed with a close combat weapon at +1 pt.

Character: The Decurion may be upgraded to a Veteran Decurion for a cost of +15 pts.  The Veteran Decurion may be given additional equipment from the Iron Claws Armoury.

Attack Bike: The bike squadron may include one Attack Bike at a cost of 50 pts.  The Attack Bike is armed with a heavy bolter.  The heavy bolter may be replaces with a multi-melta for an additional cost of +15 points.

 

Attack Bike Squadron

Weapons: Each bike is fitted with twin-linked bolters and a pintle-mounted heavy bolter.  Each Ulf Vilturr biker is armed with a bolt pistol.

Options: Each Attack Bike can replace its heavy bolter with a multi-melta for +15 pts.

 

Scout Bike Squadron

Weapons: Each bike is fitted with twin-linked bolters.  Each Scout biker is armed with a bolt pistol.

Options: Any model in the squadron can replace their bolt pistol with a bolter or combat shotgun at no extra cost.  The whole squad may have frag grenades at an extra cost of +1 pt per model and krak grenades at an extra cost of +2 pts per model.

Any model in the squadron may be armed with a close combat weapon at +1 pt.

Character: The Decurion may be upgraded to a Veteran Decurion for a cost of +15 pts.  The Veteran Decurion may be given additional equipment from the Iron Claws Armoury.

SPECIAL RULES

Difficult Terrain: Scout bikes may re-roll a failed Difficult Terrain test.

Land Speeders Note: The three different types of Land Speeder may be mixed in one squadron in any combination, so long as the squadron remains within one to three models.
