Warp Spider Captain Tah Shrika

40K3 conversion by Tom and Erik Setzer; Based on 40K2 background and rules by Mike Freeman

You may notice that most of the characters on my page are leaders or armies, big characters who have several items of special wargear or unique skills. But not all characters have to be like that. They don't have to have anything special about them at all, just a name and a history. To prove this, i'm gonna do a whole bunch of small characters, mostly Aspect Warrior captains. The first of these will be Captain Tah Shrika, legendary Warp Spider Captain.

Aspect Warriors are some of the most famous Eldar warriors, gaining reknown for their unique skills and ritualised weapons. In these squads, they is assumed to be now real leader, but the unit works as a team. Also, Eldar are a fairly resilient people, and are not known to run away at the first sign of danger. But in some of these squads, on individual has risen up to be seen as more than their fellow squad members. These individuals are designated captains, and are assigned to lead various units of their shrine on the most important missions. One of the more famous of these captains is Tah Shrika of the craftworld of Xenos. She has distiguished herself as a courageous leader and excellent field commander. Her most reknowned skill is her uncanny ability to navigate through the Warp. She is rarely known to dissapear like so many other Warp Spiders have before. Her navigational skill affects her squad mates as well, allowing them too to travel more safely. Tah Shrika is assigned to lead the squads which must capture vital positions, or eliminate the most deadly enemy leaders.
