Some 10000 years ago the Dark Angels were recruiting on a
world that was besieged by a Genestealer cult. Xavier, and his
Deathwing cleared the world at a high cost. Most of the company lay dead. The Fate a Xavier has been unknown until just recently. During the Last moments of the battle, Xavier plunged Two Tongues Cutting into the heart of the "Father from the sky". The Cult Magus lashed out with Psychic fury displacing Xavier in time and Space. Recently a black Terminator armoured figure stepped from a web portal on Craftworld Iyanden. The Eldar stood amazed by the Towering figure and listened in awe to his tales of the Warp. Since then Xavier has been taken to the Dark Angels space fortress "The Rock", where hte Apothecarion has determined that he is indeed Xavier the Dark Seraph, Ancient Master of the Deathwing. Xavier has re-joined with his battle brothers, and serves on "The Inner Circle".
Xavier wears an archaic version of Tactical Dreadnought Armour (Terminator Armour), it is deepest black, for it comes from a past time.

Wargear: Xavier always has the following wargear cards: "Two Tongues-Cutting", his Combi-Weapon, and his Special Armour. He is allowed no further Wargear cards.
Strategy: Xavier has a Strategy Rating of 5.
Special Rules
Commander Xavier may command a Dark Angels force so long as it contains at least 1 Deathwing Squad.
Bodyguard One Deathwing Squad amy be assigned as Xaviers Guard. They are subject to the rules for hatred when fighting Genestealer Cults.
Eldar Allies If the Army is Commanded by Xavier then Eldar may be taken as Allies.

Editor's Notes: To model this figure, I would start with one of the new Chaos Terminators, and remove all emblems that pertain to Chaos from it, and replace them with Dark Angels and Deathwing emblems made with two-part epoxy (you can make a latex mold of all the emblems lifted right from a Deathwing Terminator, when the latex is hardened you just take the epoxy putty and press it into the mold, and you have instant badges!). This would make an interesting conversion project for all you Dark Angels, and it would be a unique figure that you wouldn't see every time you go to play a battle.
