Land of the Golden Plains

Malinal is a world of great plains, gently rolling hills, and low, rounded mountains. There are two large continents, one small continent, and several large islands. The world is situated in a perfect orbit around its yellow sun, giving it an idealic environment. There is abundant rainfall for raising crops with very seldom a severe storm. There are great open plains, watered by the great rivers, that are used for both grain crops, and herding of domestic animals for food and other products. Malinal exports its agricultural products and medicinal products to all the Rhiads and the Great Craftworlds of the Realm. The Rhi of Malinal is Athel, who is one of the Ard Draoi, and has studied many years on Caer Draoi.
The Kindred of Malinal have developed a peaceful and idealistic society on their world, they hold Great Feis and Mor Dals at each of the turns of the season, they have many lesser Feis and Dals all through the year. Some of the greatest Olaavs and Healers of the Realm have came from Malinal. The Ard Olaav Valtainril is a native of Malinal.
